Als jong kind keek ik dwars door de uiterlijke schijn van de volwassen mensen heen. Ik zag het verdriet achter de lach. Maar ik werd steeds rebelser en werd regelmatig gestraft door opgesloten te worden op mijn kamer en kreeg ook regelmatig wat klappen. Op mijn 16de begon ik met zelf-hypnose, meditatie en self-healing. Ik genas mijzelf binnen enkele weken van de weekend hoofdpijnen. Op mijn 23e kreeg ik een burn-out.

In 1991 werd Osho (Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh) mijn spiritueel leraar. “Mijn
"Spirituele naam is Prem Nistal en betekent Oneindig Liefhebbend." Osho staat
voor Vrijheid en Verantwoordelijkheid, Liefde en Meditatie. Bij Osho ben ik
opgeleid in diep transformatief lichaamswerk en ademwerk, emotional release,
relaties, intimiteit, seksualiteit en encounter technieken.
Kort daarop koos ik voor een opleiding tot Rebirther (ademtherapeut). Ik werk sindsdien als ademtherapeut individueel met cliënten, en ik geef workshops, cursussen en adem cirkels aan groepen.

Nistal is gecertificeerd als Ademtherapeut/Rebirther, Power Yoga docent en
Ashtanga Vinyasa docent (Yoga Moves Utrecht). Nistal is Qigong instructeur en Hypnotherapeut.
